`Sham’ university?

After video footage surfaced from Tri-Valley university campus suggesting Indian students were being radio-tagged as part of electronic surveillance by US immigration authorities, the Ministry of External Affairs has summoned the US deputy chief of mission.

    In Andhra Pradesh , even villages without drinking water have an Egineering College . Many such engineers specially the softwarers need an American MS for jobs and for future . A student who gets 0 % marks in engineering entrance still gets a seat and (somehow) becomes an engineer .Politicians own most of these colleges.
    The trouble started here and ended in USA .

    I don’t think any wrong in keeping radio-tagged for students who is part of fraud in Tri-Valley university. If media go in details, they never support students action.
